No feeling when i orgasm

I am a male 34. i have no feeling when i ejaculate, either with my girlfriend or alone. I have seen 3 urologists. Could this be from an std? I have not read anything like this before. Could i have an injury? Any help or suggestions will be appreciated?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
The one remedy of increasing the chances of having an orgasm is by increasing the duration of the foreplay. Prolonging the foreplay helps as it causes the release of more hormones which play a role in producing the orgasm. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
