Nothing comes out

I have retrograde ejaculation following  my second TURP surgery. Is there any possibility of ever having a real ejaculation? My urologist did not tell me I would not ejaculate at all. After my first TURP 10 years ago ,I was able to ejaculate. I will never see that doctor again, I think getting this second TURP was the biggest mistake of my life.

If you have any follow-up or check-up visits with the doctor that performed your last surgery, bring these symptoms up at that time.  Otherwise, it would be worth scheduling a visit with him to discuss your symptoms and any possible fixes.
