Ongoing UTI,Dysuria for 5 months,,,

In late October I got a UTI, no burning or stinging but pain in my lower stomach/bladder, tickling, sensitive clitoris after urination, feeling like I have to pee often, and just an uncomfortable feeling at times mostly during and after urination, but I waited a few months to go to the doctor, I know bad idea, but I thought that whatever I had would go away on it's own anyway I went and my urine was tested, and I was told it had blood and white blood cells in it, indicating an infection, my urine had been tested atleast 4 or 5 times, and (only the first 2 times they said the urine culture test indicated that there was an infection) and I was prescribed 875 mg of ammoxocillin and that helped it a lot, but then it came back, then I went to the doctor again and she gave me a different antibiotic (sulfameth/trimeth) she said sometimes is better at treating a UTI than ammoxicillin and the same thing happened, it helped but it still didn't go away completely, so she referred me to a urologist and diagnosed me with Dysuria, and so I went to a urologist and he first sent me to get an ultrasound to check my kidneys for kidney stones, and they turned out to be fine, and now I'm taking 100 mg of doxycycline for 2 weeks, and I'm on my last few days and I was seeing a big improvement with taking the medication and drinking loads of water but as of yesterday my symptoms have been much more noticeable, and having this annoying uncomfortable feeling and clitoris sensitivity after I urinate. What the hell is going on? What should I do? I'm trying to keep myself from insanity, it's really taking a toll on me.

I can understand you feeling like this is driving you crazy, im on my third set of antibiotics, however i have no symptoms at all. I had bladder, vaginal and rectal surgery in november. had to do self caths for about a month and now i cant get rid of the infections. first it was Ecoli infection, second time it was gardenerela infection and this last time they said it was just a urinary infection, so now there talking about sending me back to the bladder dr. to see whats going on , oh and they treated me for yeast infection too because of all the antibiotics ive been on . what is  Dysuria? just incase thats what the dr says mine is

Maybe a little off, I'm no Dr, but antibiotics can cause a yeast infection which could be some of your discomfort.
