Orchiopexy

Hello, I am 20 years old and I underwent orchiopexy a few months back, because my right testicle hadn't descended and it was in the inguinal canal since birth.
Before this surgery, I was very effeminate and many of my friends had told me so, I was very introvert, non - sporty.
Was all this due to absence of a testicle ? Will this go away , or will I become more manly after the surgery?

Waiting for your reply.
Thanks. :)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Orchipexy surgery is not going to change the behavior as centre for behavior lies in the brain. Do not worry or take stress and get the surgery done.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
