Over masterbation caused non cylinder shape penis

I masterbated exessively from pre puberty up to nearly 26.  During childhood the frequency was 5 times a day for about 6 years.  In adulthood became addicted to porn and mastebated 5 times a week for long sessions.

Naturally my penis fabric has destroyed, I have ejaculation without touch, weak erections, must stimulate to maintain erections etc. Despite these problems I could orgasm multiple times and masterbate for a hour

Over the last year during masterbation I realised that my penis shape was gradually changing, the erection was changing from a cylinder to something where the top and bottom were becoming falt:

After masterbating one day I realised that my penis went extremely small in the flaccid state and had the above shape.  However after a few days it went.

I decided to stop masterbating for a few years and  let my organs recover so I could enter a relationship.  I became very active for 2 weeks and did not masterbate.  Now however when my penis erects I found that it is no where near a cyliner and it was like the shape above.  I masterbated to see if this would fix this but it didn't and I couldn't feel much pleasure, I also had to really squeeze in order to feel the botton and top parts of the penis.  Previosuly I could still get a decent erection where I could feel all sides of the cylinder.  Now I cannot am worried this is permanant.  It is also like this in the flaccid state.  On occasions it nearly come back to a cylinder shape but this goes quickly and doesnt stay during masterbation.  I masterbated again only to find the same result.

Need confidence to see someone and in the uk specialist urologists are hard to find.

1.What do you think my condition is, is it curable, can the cylinder shape come back?
2.Should I continue to abstain from masterbation, masterbation seemed to have caused this over the years but abstaining seems to have worsened it.
3.What could cause the loss of sensation?  the narrowed erection?

Difficult to say without examination.  To answer your questions:

1) Imaging the penis can be done to exclude anatomical disease (i.e. Peyronie's disease) or vascular problems.

2) If there is evidence of penile trauma, I would hold off on masturbation as this may be a contributory cause.

3) I would rule out neurological causes first, including diabetes, thyroid and B-12 disorders.  A cystoscopy can be performed to exclude anatomical causes or urethral strictures.

These questions should be discussed with a urologist.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

Sorry to be more specific it's the bottom that I can't feel the most, its feels like it doesn't erect in that part.

Ok it wasn't exactly a cylinder but it was not flat at the top and bottom as much as it is now.  I mean its narrowed down so much now I cant even feel the top and bottom without squeezing extra extra hard.  It has been caused by 'over' masterbation.

4-7 times would be ok for people in their 20s, but not after you have been doing it 5 times a day since childhood uptp 20, a urologist will know what I am talking about.

Can the urologist please try to answer the specific questions I asked.  Its also worth mentioning that now the tissues feel really strong and tightly coupled, especially in the flaccid state.  Also on both occassions I tried to masterbate but I couldn't get it up neither could I feel anything, however the next day I managed to but again pleasure wasn't great and shape was as I described.  Please help.

most penis are not circular cylinders but oval, here is a diagram of the internal structure which you can see why:
http://menshealth.about.com/library/blpenis_structure.htm

by having frequent and prolonged erections you simply caused the corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum to expand, Franky, most likely night time erections did it more than your activities. Its part of the growth process, and is thought that the shrinkage associated with hypogonadism is from lack of erections. 5 times a day might be a bit much, but 5 times a week dosnt. I think the cause of your change is just age, changes as your growing up.

If your really worried about vascular damage go see a urologist and request a penile ultrasound.

Most men masturbate 4-7 times a week in their 20s from the studies ive read.
