Pain at base of penis

About three days ago I was watching tv and started to get an erection. At about half mast I felt a sharp stabbing pain at the base of my penis. Specifically, it is on the upper area and on the inside of my body, not the exposed section. It feels like a vein that clotted or something. When I touch it it sort of feels like a tendon that is super tight and hard but is thin like a coffee straw. It hurts really badly if I pull on my penis, get a erection, put pressure on my penis while it is hard, and to flex the muscle that squeezes the last of the urine out of my bladder. It also hurts if I sneeze or cough really hard. The first day it was really bad and I could barely walk. Now it has leveled out and only hurts when I do the above actions. There is no abnormal coloring or shape and I can urinate without incident with the exception of the last few drops. My urethra is not itchy or anything and the rest of my penis feels normal. As well as my testicles. I have been checked for STDs and I am clean. If anyone has similar problems or knows what is going on please help me. I've seen a doctor but he was not a urologist and all I got was a STD check.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Excessive manipulation can sometimes lead to pain. Other causes are balanitis, prostatitis, bladder neck stone, urethritis, herpes, peyronie’s disease or penis cancer. Get all these causes ruled out from a urologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Sounds like you need a urologist.  I don't know what it is, but it could be vascular.  Make the appointment today and describe it and try to get in quickly, just in case.
