Sometimes I get pains in my abdomen after I pee, I don't get it all the time and it never hurts or burns when I pee but afterwards I get these wierd pains that usually last for like 20 mins or so and it's not everytime I go to the bathroom, just randomly.

Could be bladder spasms.
