HELP PLEASE This could be a SERIOUS problem, im affraid of having a brain hemorrhage or something. Ok so it happened twice, i was at the beach and wanted to masturbate so i did it on the bathroom siting in the toilet, next thing i know i passed away my brother found me in the bathroom i couldnt talk or had any memory of what happened or the last day (i cant remember this moments, my family told me) it was so scary for everyone i looked like mentally ill or having a seizure, in about 30 mins or so i started answering and "recovering" remember things and stuff, i was all dizzy and couldnt feel my legs, it scared me so much but i didnt thought masturbation was involved, i didnt eyaculate or anything i believe i was in the middle of... I did all the exams i could (hearth, blood, pression, neurological, epilepsia, etc) and found nothing, evrything was ok, the months passed by (from january to now june) and it happened again last week :( i was at my home went to the bathroom and masturbated sitting in the toilet again, can't remember anything from that and after, my brother found me in the hall barely standing alone and not responding, my eyes semi-closed and couldnt stand up anymore so i falled to the floor but he got me and took me to the bed, i was there with accelerated heart bumping and all sweated (no fever), i didnt answer nothing longer than one word, didnt even talk most of the time, couldnt move by myself, after that i started answering when my family started talking about taking me to the hospital, i didnt want to go i think so my body begun responding (i really cant remember any of this but my brothers even recorded me) felt my legs weird and was dizzy for a while, i also have light varicocele since i was younger, im 21 years old, any ideas? please help me! :( it ***** because when my family takes me to the hospital i start responding and when i arrive (the one time they took me while i was at the beach) i look normal and speak normal and the doctors doesnt notice nothing weird!! my parents dont care so much about it but my brothers and i are horrorized by the situation, and only they know because they are the only ones there to watch it, i really look like a retarded/invalid person when this happens to me :( im so scared!!! thanks for reading please help !

Maybe don't masturbate on the toilet anymore.  Try laying down, so the blood doesn't get cut off from your legs going to sleep on the toilet.

Hi and welcome. Heat can make you pass out or getting up to fast. Its happened to me a couple of times at your age. Maybe have a doctor check you out to make sure all is ok. Most likely no big deal but better for a doctor gives you a complete physical. Always good to see a doctor once a year for the yearly check up.
