Penile strain/sprain and or tear?

About 6 days ago I was having sexual intercourse and accidently pulled out and than missed.  There was no POP or cracking sound but I did feel discomfort.  I was able to to maintain my erection and finish.  The next day, I had pain on the top right side of my penis and took 600 mg of ibuprofen every 6 to 8 hours.  The pain was about a 3/4 out of 10.  On Tuesday, I had very minor/mild pain and got an erection and masturbated.  I was able to finish but some pain during and afterwords.  Since Tuesday, I have not done anything sexual but continue to be in pain while flaccid.  I went to see a urologist yesterday and he mentioned a cream (I have had mild curvature/bending since I was a teenager) and told me to take it easy during sex.  He also said it might be a tear but not a fracture since the penis is not swollen nor black & blue.  There was a little bruising the day after on the top right side of the penis but it was hard to see unless you really looked under a light and close up.

Anyhow,  should I abstain from having any sexual activity?  If yes, than for how long?  If is normal to have pain when flacid after this type of injury, and how long can I feel pain?  I am just trying to get a second opinion and I want to prevent further curvature/bending because of this trauma.

Thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I agree with your urologist that it is less likely to be a fracture but the possibility of trauma to the penis is there. You need to avoid intercourse till the pain completely subsides and apply warm compresses and take anti inflammatory medicines like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep us posted on how you are doing. Kind regards.

Hello,  Was having intercourse sometime last year and noticed the angle of intercourse wasn't cool. We did cowgirl's and I felt a sharp pain in my penis. Since then doc I'have noticed I find it hard to keep an erection during intercourse. I would be hard for a while and then lose my erection even when its nowhere near when am to ***. My girlfriend complains a lot and she has a tight vagina. Would ibuprofen still be of help at this point as its over a year it occurred. Thanks

Also, can I use a TENS 3000 Electrical Stimulation to help with the pain/healing process?
