Hello Dr. Kaul, You must have missed the issue I have. I am in China and don't feel comfortable going in to a Doctor here. I don't know how to talk to an English speaking Doctor non the less a Chinese speaking doctor. I also don't like that I have to gift (yes bribe him) to get help. This is common in China for most doctors I am sure it is not all but so far it seems to run true.
As far as possible reason stated above I don't have any issue so to speak. We all have issues but non of what you listed except peyronies disease I don't think a person can know if that have that with out being tested. I know that this is the standard reply ... I have read many others in response to others questions. I know that I wont get a real answer till I get back stateside and see someone. I was just asking for a possible cause due to the reasons I stated before. I have lived with it for a few years and will have to a little longer until 2014 when I go back home. I was looking for a little insight. If you think of anything drop me a line and thank you for your time and consideration.
Hi there!
Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of the symptoms. Erectile dysfunction can develop due to a variety of causes. Psychological stress, performance anxiety, depression, neurogenic disorders peyronie's disease, body image issues, medications, alcohol, smoking, drugs/medications, hormonal imbalance, radiation therapy, kidney failure, metabolic disorders, multiple sclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, prostatitis, urethritis etc. just to name a few. I would suggest considering a detailed evaluation by a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. Hope this helps.
Take care!
