Penis bruise that won't go away

I'm a sixteen year old male and I have a bruise on my penis that won't go away. I used to masterbate frequently when I was around the age of 13-14 then slowed down after a while.  See now when I used to masturbate I would grab my penis by grabbing from the glands on the foreskin. Which explains why the bruise is around my penis(as if you were using the index finger and the thumb in a "ok" sign). The bruise has been there for quite some tim now and is still the same dark brown color. When I saw the first sign of it I ignored it and still like a moron masturbated. Is is a overused injury, I don't know but I don't think it is any kind of disease because i noticed it from masterbating. If you can list some things that I could have possibly done to my penis that would be great. (possibly from grabbing to hard) oh and so far I haven't masturbated in 3 weeks and still no change not even slightly.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The blood under the skin which causes the discoloration of bruising should be totally reabsorbed by the body in three weeks or less. This brownish discoloration can be due to hematoma formation under the skin or some hyperpigmntation skin . I suggest you to get an examination done from a dermatologist.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Perhaps it is light skin abrasion?  An abrasion can be different in this more sensitive area, than on other parts of the skin.
