Penis pain after sneezing whilst urinating, help?

I sneezed whilst urinating and there was a drop of blood and pain briefly. Now there is no blood at all, not even when urinating. However when I urinate there is still pain on the very tip of my penis.

When I am not urinating my penis feels fine, it can still get erect and it is not painful to touch anywhere, including around the affected area.

I also have phimosis, it has never troubled me before but I want to include possible pertinent information.

Is this serious, will it heal/pass if I leave it?

Thanks for all help

Rafael
