Perenium discomfort and palpable lumps?

I posted a few days ago about an issue I have, but I just discovered something different so I wanted to update the situation. Before I go into that, here’s what I said in my post previously: Around 5 months ago I experienced an ache somewhat behind my left testical. It’s been on and off, not constant at all. Also I occasionally had pain with ejaculation, it was the same pain behind the testical but worse. I also had some slight pain in the right side of the scrotum but I couldn’t pinpoint it exactly. Currently I’m not having any of those pains, but for the past few days my perenium is having a mild burning pain, and if I press it that hurts as well. Sitting is kind of uncomfortable too.

So I still have the mild burning pain in the perenial area but none of the other pain, and when I was feeling around I felt a couple lumps under the skin in the perenial area. They are between the size of a pea and a small marble, although maybe not perfectly round. I’d say there’s about 3 that I could feel. They don’t really hurt when I press on them. Also the perenium discomfort is just down from the anus, not near the scrotum, and the skin there seems sensitive and kind of hurts if I rub it. I talked to my doctor previously, but that was before I felt these little lumps. Is this something to be super concerned about or is there some possible things that it could be that aren’t too serious?

Follow up with your doctor, it sounds like enlarged lymph nodes which are consistent with infection, stop doing self examinations and go to a doctor!

I agree - see your Dr! This could be something fairly benign, not especially hsrmful, but this sounds a little unusual, possibly something to be concerned about. If it were me, I would definitely see the Dr & I think you should do so fairly soon...
Ok I will!
