Please help - seminal bacterial infection

Good afternoon and thank you to anyone/everyone whoever takes the time to read and respond to posts like this. It's so appreciated and provides much comfort to those of us who are really struggling without a place to turn.

Sadly, I've been suffering for 7, coming up to 8 months. Back in December of last year, I ended up holding my bladder far, far longer than I should've. Days following, I had pain after urination, ejaculation, I would say slight weakness in erections, and often had soreness in the testicles too. For the next 4 months, I had 3 different visits to my urologists. 3 UA's, 1 urine culture, ultrasound on my bladder, and my prostate checked repeatedly. Everything negative. No UTI, no STI, no visible sign of any problem, so was told that I was suffering from Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS). I never felt quite comfortable with that though, so I paid for a PCR/DNA test on my semen (since that was never offered) and got the following test results today:

Staphylococcus Epidermidis
Staphylococcus Hominis
Cutibacterium Acnes
Corynebacterium Tuberculostearicum
Strepococcus Anginosus
Staphylococcus Haemolyticus
Anearococcus Octavious

In March, I took a weeks' worth of Augmentin, I believe, and felt great. Over the next 3 weeks, I felt worse. My doctors put me on Doxycycline and that never helped. According to the lab resuts I received today, and from a bit of research, I learned that the appropriate antibiotic would be Zyvox and that I'd likely need to be on them for much longer. Which brings me to my questions...

1. Has anyone suffered from a seminal bacterial infection?
2. Is it common to have bacteria in the semen?
3. Could bacterial infections in the testicles cause these types of symptoms: random burning/itching in the scrotum, occasional burn after ejaculation, occasional burning in the tip of the penis?

I know these are tough questions, and I've done enough research to know that most of these are skin infections driven, so some might say the test was never accurate (even know I used surgeons' soap when preparing my lab). It's just that it's so frustrating to be told you have CPPS, only then to find out you have bacterial infections as well. I've been pelvic stretching for weeks, have been to a PT 3-4 times for electrical treatment (TENS?), none of which have shown any significant improvement. I'm simply at a loss in trying to narrow everything down to one consistent problem.

If anyone could share any insight to seminal bacterial infections, how they might show themselves through symptoms, or what you may have experienced through healing, I would greatly appreciate it!!
