Possible minor phimosis?

So I’ve been with the same girl for two years now so I know this isn’t an std, but for the past three weeks I had a red irritation of the top of my foreskin (uncircumcised) and it hurt to retract my foreskin. then about a week and a half ago I noticed that the skin is tighter around a ring and the skin is kind of transparent? I’m not quite sure how to describe it but I can completely retract my foreskin when erect and soft and there’s no other real issue but that way to skin looks, the pain has went away. If anyone has any advice that would be great. Was afraid of Lichen Sclerosus but the looks and symptoms don’t really add up.
