Possibly partially fractured my penis, no bruising or major symptoms.

Hello,

For a bit of background info, I'm a 20 year old male and do not have trouble becoming fully aroused. Today I was making out with my girlfriend and we started dry humping a bit. I was wearing compression shorts and my erect penis was being held upwards and tight to my body. Well, at one point my penis sort of slipped under her and got bent a little bit. Not fully in half, but the area of contact was midway up the shaft and I felt three to four little pops toward the base. Not like the typical full fracture where it was one audible one. I did not hear mine, and I would not describe the feeling as painful. While it wasn't something I'd like to repeat, it did not hurt, and I didn't fully lose my erection. My penis felt like it got a bit softer for a second or two, possibly out of surprise, but returned to fully erect shortly after. After we were done, I looked up info about a penis fracture and do not meet the audible pop and bruising symptoms. I then masturbated to make sure every thing was functioning and it went normally. I have not had an erection since, but this happened recently and normally would not this soon after masturbading. Writing because I'm wondering if I may have had a minor penile fracture and am hoping to be informed whether I not I should seek medical attention.
