Pressure after urination?

I am 22 years old. Sometimes after I pee it immediately feels like I need to urinate again, but I can't, and nothing comes out except maybe a few drops of left over urine. The pressure stays constant though and is very uncomfortable to the point I would rather sit on the toilet and try to force whatever is left to drain out. The pressure does go away if I masterbate after this though. Is this something I should go see a doctor about?

I agree w/ GR - see your Dr. It could be a UTI, but could also be a prostate issue. Prostatitis can cause these types of symptoms also. Guys tend to think only older guys have issues w/ the Prostate, but Prostatitis can affect even younger guys like you. Good luck, hope you get a good diagnosis & please check back in here & let us know what’s found & how you’re doing...
