Prostatitis/Epididymitis Symptoms?

About 2 years ago i started to experience pain right in the centre of the perineum. It was a burning/tense pain. I went to the doctor and he gave me augmentin and it cleared up for the whole summer but returned the following september of 2015. I decided to leave it and see what happened as i'd had a testicular exam and my doctor couldn't see anything worrying. About 4 months later i went back to the doc and he gave me another course of augmentin, this time not clearing anything.

He then referred me to a urologist. I went and explained my situation in march 2016, did a urine test, had a cystoscopy yet still there was no sign of anything.

Here i am in January of 2017 with the same symptoms and more. I have symptoms of Prostatitis/Epididymitis. See Below all symptoms.

Started with
-Pain in perineum
-Burning Urination

Now i also have
-Green/phlegm like semen or ***
-Painful ejaculation
-Dry/Shiny penis head after ejaculation
-Red penis tip

Keep in mind this is no sexually transmitted infection (Not possible)

My symptoms started when I had burning pain while urinating so I went to the doctor he took my urine sample and told me there is bacteria present he prescribed me cipro for a week.

My anxiety level is so high before going to doctor I came one day after work and fever and chills I opened meatus lips they were inflamed and small grey ulcer appeared I went to doctor and did std and sti test all came negative.

Then I went to another doctor which I mentioned above sent me to a urologist. I went to urologist and he examin my rectum area and told me that my prostate is tender again I went to std clinic and did all tests came negative.

The symptoms are:

White circles on my urethra wall or meatus opening.

When bladder is full feel irritation on the tip of penis.

Pain in bowl movement

Urine flow is good but still urethra feel like swollen.

Thick sperm like yellow discharge from anus.

Pelvic pain

My symptoms improved over one year now no irritation on the tip but do feel prostate is moving inside or like pain.


I heard chlymadia also cause prostatitis.

Going again to doctor to seek help but all tests are negative.
