Clear penile descharge after urination

Dear doctor,
I am having a clear transparent odorless discharge after urination for about last one and half month. There is no pain or any other discomfort. This is happening once or twice per day. Also I have dribbling of urine. After urination when I try to void, this discharge happens.
I have consulted an urologist and he told me that there is nothing unusual. The discharge is the residual semen from the previous ejaculate and no need to take any treatment for that.
But, since this symptom is quite embarrassing, I consulted another urologist. He also told me that nothing to worry. But he prescribed me two tablets.
1. Ciprobay 500mg (1-0-1) - 10 days
2. Permixon 80mg (2-0-2) - 1 month

The antibiotic course is completed. But still the discharge is persisting. In the due course my urine analysis and culture was done and they were normal.

I am 27 year old male. I never had sexual intercourse in my life. So there is no possibilities of any kind of STDs. I have verecocele issue.

On the basis of the above description, please answer the below questions.

1. Is this something really need to worry?
2. What may the cause of this phenomenon?
3. Any further investigations are required?
4. Will this affects my sexual life.

Kindly advice on this. Many thanks in advance.

Hi,
Thanks for the update. It is good that the urine culture was normal. Treatment for Chronic nonbacterial prostatitis  aims  to control symptoms  because it may be difficult to cure this condition.Long-term antibiotics and alpha adrenergic blockers may be prescribed. Many patients respond to treatment while some do not get relief. You can still lead a normal sex life with your wife. It is important that you have regular follow-up with your urologist for proper management.  If not treated, this may lead to sexual and urinary problems. Hi,
How are you? It is good to hear that evaluation by specialists and all initial diagnostic test results were normal. This rules out pathological issues or sexually transmitted diseases and leaves us physiologic causes- residual semen. There is nothing to be worried about at this point. However, you need to monitor this also and have regular follow-up. Imaging studies may also be indicated.  With regards to your varicocele, this is usually harmless and often does not need to be treated. Take care and do keep us posted.
