Do I need to have circumcision before undergoing urethroplasty? when they examined me to establish a stricture the catheter was painful under the tightened part of the foreskin. The gal nurses looked at my shrunken penis and I was so embarrassed. Life is hard. This is my first serious medical condition. Can u advise whether I should go ahead to have the surgery. What are teh odds of not having surgery?
