Olive Green/Brown spots on penis head.

So I have had this spots on the penis head for quite a while now and through out time they come and go. Sometimes they get darker and even lighter. There is no itchiness, no  burning, no irrigation just spots/markings if you will. I have been to the urologist once and he told me this would disappear but it never did. It actually fades away and comes back. I am more than worried,  ashamed. And would like help thanks

Having spots on your penis is actually common.  You had it looked at and they said harmless. Maybe circle back for one more confirmation of that? Really, MOST often, these spots are harmless, benign and no big deal other than annoying. You could have a fordyce spot. They normally don't itch or cause pain and are associated with hormonal changes.  That would be my best bet to ask your doctor about it.  Can you get back to your doctor? And there is NOTHING to be ashamed of.  we all get things like this at some point.
