Red spots on penis

I'm 26 year old uncircumcised male   ,
And have had these recocuring red spots on penis for a few years now
I have been to doctors and they have presumed that it was balanitis
because they do not cause me pain ( ruling out herpes)
However , whenever I use anti fungal creams , nystatin , clotrimazole ....
The spots seem to get worse and last longer

I practice good hygiene and use an antibacterial soap daily
It seems like the more I wash my penis the worse they get
My foreskin seems to be unaffected

if the antifungal are making it worse then stop using them. Overuse of steroid creams will make the skin of your glans thin and shiny, I hope that is not your case yet. For balanitis try home remedies like the following: Air dry your retracted penis after every shower. Soak your penis in a glass of water with two teaspoons of white vinegar diluted. Can also spread plain yoghourt in your penis. You can do either one   2 times a day for a week or until you feel better. Home remedies work more slow than medications. In my case I ended up having a circumcision as last resort, but that's along story, you can search my posts. Good luck!!
