Right Epididymitis (17 Male)

I have been diagnosed with epididymitis for over a month and I don't really know how to put it but I've been having a tingling feeling down in my scrotum. I also have some sort of dull pain on the right side of my lower back and front. Any reason for these?

Sorry, dropped the ball.  So, where are you at with this? You are a young dude, this is a lot to deal with.  Is this better now that it has been a couple of weeks?

Hi. Those are actually symptoms of the epididymitis. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/epididymitis/symptoms-causes/syc-20363853 How are they treating this? Are you or have you taken antibiotics? If you can tolerate it, an ice pack is helpful. Take it easy, rest, don't lift heavy objects.

I have taken Naproxen(500mg), Ciprofloxacin(500mg) and Doxycycline Hyclate(100mg)
Okay, so two antibiotics.  When did you complete them? I'm asking because they often do eradicate an infection. Are you dealing with the aftermath? Could be.  But if you have finished the full course of antibiotics and symptoms persist, you have to go back to the doctor and tell them.
I completed them sometime last month. I'm also trying to get a urologist to see me as soon as possible.
Forgot to add, After waking up I usually adjust my stuff but earlier when i woke up and I think i might've messed something else in the other testical. There isn't any pain in the left but it does worry me. In the affected testical I felt like a sharp pinching feeling dont know if thats normal.
