Semen in urine with pain in testes

Hi,
Thanks for reading this. I am a 23 year male. i have the habit of masturbation for 6 years masturbating daily once and at times twice. Now I am getting semen in urine\stool after which I get pain in testes. I am very much worried because during the pain I cant concentrate on other work. I have met an urologist and explained the same. He examined my testes and said nothing seems to be abnormal. Also I took an ultra sound of the testes and lower abdomen, blood and urine test where everything seems to be normal. He finally said after seeing the reports that you have nothing to worry. But I dont know why I get the pain in testes? In some forum, I read that this semen in urine is called "blue balls" and that is because parasympathetic nervous system is affected due to over masturbation. Is this true? If yes, pls tell me how to cure this? Thank you once again for your time.

Normaly when semen ends up in the bladder upon ejeculation it is due to a condition called retrograde ejeculation. This can have many different causes. It is very comon to end up with this if a person has had surgery of the prostate or bladderneck.

I myself ended up with this after a TURP and resection of the bladderneck in 1995 at the age of 30.

Other possiblities are a strict or some constriction of the urethra. I too had problems with pain in the testes as a result of infections.

Since there are many different causes, it is best to have it investigated to rule out other medical problems.

All the best,

Ron
