Sex after kidney stone removal

Why can't a man have sex after surgery? I understand that the urinary system and the reproduction system are separate systems except for the common use of the penis. I avoided sex with my wife so that her bacteria would not go up my penis to the urether or my blood would not infect her, so I masturbated. No pain, but a bit of blood afterward.

This discussion is related to ureter stent  size and sex.

Hello,
Sexual activity after stent removal can be resumed after 2 weeks, only if there is no pain, voiding activity is normal and there is no bleeding in urine. This is because sex is a forceful activity which can cause trauma to the healing tissue after surgery.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
