Sexual Dysfunction and Depression

My problem is in regards to Sexual dysfunction from past 8 - 9 years. This may be because of excessive masturbations from young age age 15 to 32 ( Presently 40 ). My depression levels are so high that I just cannot make a proper eye contact with anyone. My eye balls fall directly on pvt parts of ladies or men. It is very embarrassing. I love to have sex but i often am afraid as the recurrence of depression levels increases drastically.I just cannot socialize and things are not improving even after following all types of medications from Ayureveda to Homeopathy and Flunil 10 / 20. Semen levels and quality is very low on me. Even a little discharge and I see the depression effect immediately in 2 hrs.max.

Thanks and regards,

Here I would like to clarify that i do not drink alcohol and have no habit for tabocco intake.

I was also suggested by the homeopathic forum that this is due to dehydration and nothing more than that. I never used to drink enough water through out the days and if i recollect correctly i have never gone and drank water until i was suffocated to drink. As i see after 3 - 4 days of continously drinking ample amount of water i am out of depression.

Thanks and regards

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to depression and you may need antidepressants and psychotherapy in your case. Other causes are diabetes, autonomic nervous system problem, excessive alcohol ingestion or tobacco smoking etc. You may need to consult your doctor to see which amongst these causes are responsible for your problem. The commonly prescribed drug by the doctors is sildenafil, which causes erections to be stronger and long lasting. It is not safe to take this drug without doctor’s advice.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
