Small cut under head of penis not healing.

I have had a small cut u see the head of my penis for a year now. It’s not healing I can see it and touch it by it only hurts after friction. I don’t know why it’s not healing but when I got it/noticed it it didn’t bleed. It’s never bled before but it’s just there. What can I do to help it heal or should I see a doctor about this.

Without any question, I think you should see a Dr. First, it may not be anything to be concerned about, but unless a Dr can examine you closely, I think it would be difficult to diagnose this properly. Also, I doubt even a Dr would want to render an opinion without actually seeing it for themselves. You could prbly just see your reg Dr first, then if he/she can’t come to a solid diagnosis, you could see a specialist, either a Urologist or possibly a Dermatologist. See your reg Dr first & then take it from there, ask their opinion on seeing a specialist & which type.
