Stents

Hi everyone I'm new too this site ,and I'm after some medical advice after I've left hospital on Thursday with severe pain of 2 kidney stones 8mm and 4mm.The large one is out after surgery and need to go back in a few weeks time to be lazered.I have had a stent put in and I can't believe how painful it is for me to urinate it makes my eyes water .Is this normal? I was told on my discharge from hospital it may be sore but this pain is horrific ,is there anyone who can offer me any much needed advice please

Your dr should be the one to write you a prescription.

Where would I get this Andrew,should I get a appointment with my gp as the pain is now getting unbearable

You may need to take an opioid for a while to cover this pain.
