Stone in mid pole region of both the kidney

There was blood in my urin. So i consulted a urologist. there after some test one stone in mid pole region each kitnies was found. After having medicine it reduced to 10-12 cells/HPF. doctor has told me to go for Intravenous pyelogram (IVP) test.but as he was not giving medicine for the cure of stone and he was also saying that treatment is not available in that hospital i left the IVP test. Now what should i do. Size of stones are 10.9 mm in right kidney and 7.9 mm in left kidney (both in mid pole region)
A copy of ultrasonography report is attached here.and other reports were normal except urin test in which 10-12 cells/HPF of RBCs were found.
Please help me for further treatment.
