Swollen Veins on foreskin after intense masturbation

Hello Doctor,

It has been 6 six now that two of my veins on foreskin have been swollen. I had an intense masturbation session a day before that. Please help me, I am really scared.  Also I could notice a little swelling on the back of foreskin.
Please have a look at the pictures below.

Thanks & Regards,
R

Curious to know if you are still dealing with this?
I have something similar and need to be treated.

Also I tried to wash it, and while rubbing it for a while it started to hurt a lot, and now i can clearly feel the pain in the foreskin only and I did have burning sensation during urinating that is on foreskin not in urethra. I can observe some swelling and redness on the back of foreskin, which explained the pain when  I sleep on my stomach. Could you please suggest something. Is the redness due to trauma or due to some reaction with the soap.

Hello Doctor Santos,

Thank you very for your response, I went to see a general physician , and he gave me some anti inflammtory and mild anti biotics without observing it. The swelling subdued after some days. But I do experience occasional pain after some pressure is applied or when I sleep on my stomach. Could you please give me a brief idea about how much time does it takes to heal after the penis has undergone some trauma.
best regards,
R

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? Aside from trauma or injury, the swelling veins could also be due to superficial thrombophlebitis which is usually described as cord-like thickening of the superficial penile veins.
If it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examination as well as imaging studies such as ultrasound may be done. Take care and best regards.
