Testicular Pain

I was curious if anyone could help me figure out why I am having pain in my left testicle. I initially had an infection, and took antibiotics to get rid of it. As far as I know it worked, but the pain came back. I went and got an ultrasound and seen a urologist and he said that there was nothing wrong with me. So I am curious if there is any type of condition that could cause this?
(And as another note, sometimes masturbating helps, I don't know if that information would help figure out the problem, but figured I would mention it.)

I'VE BEEN MASTURBATING ALMOST ON A REGULAR BASIS. THE PAIN IS SOMETIMES THERE AND AT OTHERS IT ISN'T. I DON'T THINK THIS IS PART OF THE PROBLEM. HOWEVER, WHEN I STOMP A FOOT I GET SEVERE PAIN IN THE GROIN, SCROTUM, AND TESTICLE ON WHICHEVER SIDEOF THE BODY THE FOOT I HIT. I'M ALSO STARTING TO GET VIBRATIONS IN THE SCROTUM AT OTHER TIMES.

I would like to add that this pain is a constant more dull pain than something crippling.
