Hello everyone. I wanted to chime in bc i'm a 30 year old man that has been smoking weed since he was a teen. I'm talking all kinds of weed and all ways to smoke it, and i always got a rip AT LEAST once a day. please excuse the grammar and punctuation. One day during covid lockdown i decided to take take a few hits of my pen and after a few minutes i could feel the high, but i also noticed i had a pain in my left testicle. i immediately got scared and paranoid (being high didn't help and i'm sure that contributed to my pain) . It was indescribable. Like someone was holding my testicle and squeezing. like the chord that connects the testicle to my body was being pinched. it gave me a stomach ache and cold shivers a fever sweats like you would never believe. bc i'm a pothead moron, i did not even think of connecting the two at first and for the next two years i had this pain. i can write an entire book of the things i went through these past two years trying to figure out what the hell was wrong with me and why i was having this pain but i don't have the patience lol.
throughout my ordeal, along with the testicle pain (at first it was just pain, but eventually the left side felt completely off, like i constantly wanted to adjust my sack and it felt bigger, there was also "bulges" around the testicle that i was SURE was cancer but the docs said there was nothing), i eventually developed unique pains in my left pelvis (it felt like my left side constantly was cramped or wanted "pop" really bad and if i press on it, it hurts), my bladder (pressure like i wanted to pee and i was also dribbling and peeing felt COMPLETELY different) , penis shaft (soreness sort of like a pinching feeling and overall weird sensation, erections, ejaculating and peeing felt weird), colon (CHRONIC constipation along with hemorrhoids that never went away and numbness around my anus), prostate (the ejaculation feeling was off, and my erections also felt weird. an interesting note about this is that i could not "move" my penis when i was erect. like when you clench and your penis goes up and down. it was so worrying and one of the reasons i thought i had prostate cancer), stomach (digestive issues and trouble pushing when i pooped like i could only push from my upper abdomen but not from the lower end) and left leg (some numbness and tingly sensations and sometimes it got so cold). For two years i had tests, emergency room stays, urgent care visits, specialists etc. and no one found anything. The only thing they found was a small cyst which at one point, i thought that confirmed my fear of testicular cancer. that was quickly ruled out. So i continued to suffer while smoking on and off trying to see if it was the weed or not. i wanna say i sort of figured it out at one point but i didn't want it to be true so i was willfully bliss about it.
i noticed the first time i stopped smoking for about a week that felt better. not fine-... but better. around two months into this whole thing i started doing kegal and pelvic floor exercises which helped a lot, but the pains never really went away. last week i stopped weed altogether but it's also the only time i've been doing the exercises while off it along with just being more active since this started. today i did some hip flexor stretches and i cannot tell you how i almost cried at how much pain went away. i don't know if i figured it out, but it was enough for me to take the time to come back to this (can you imagine how many internet searches and forums i visited in search for answers???!!) and let everyone know. it still feels a little weird though so i am kind of wary. i can't tell if it's gonna be gone completely or if it's just a temporary fix so i will def come back to this after i experiment some more. i'll continue going to the doctors and be monitored, but since there's nothing technically "wrong" with me so far, at least not cause for concern according to my doctors, i think i'll continue to try smoking on and off to see if it worsens or not.
my hope is that the exercising and stretches will be enough for me to be able to at least come back to weed once in a while. i don't want to give it up completely but the pain and symptoms won't be worth it. i don't wanna go back to that. it sucks for us guys that have to go through this but at least i have peace of mind knowing that it's nothing TOO serious and that i don't have cancer (which was all i had in my mind this whole time). I also think that this started bc i became a lethargic pos pothead during covid. even though i smoked a lot before, it wasn't until lockdown that i was smoking so much. enough for me to have constant cough fits. i also believe that those fits contributed. another thing is that i sat on a chair for the better part of lockdown. i'm almost certain that is the biggest contributing factor to a lot of my issues. that being said, i can't ignore that not smoking is definitely helping.
this post is all over the place but i was just so excited to share the news considering how horrible this pain is, how depressed i've been these past two years, how much i've cried, how much fear i've lived in, the scares, the not knowing. all that for something as simple as a week of lifestyle change giving me the most relief i've had in years. i highly encourage you all to make a lifestyle change if you haven't. a lot of these posts don't mention how exactly you live, but i know that most smokers are couch potatoes. a week doesn't hurt right? like i said i'll come back to this and update. maybe next week i'll smoke a small joint and see. but i'm hopeful now. it's just SUCH a difference after today especially doing those hip flexor routines and the feeling of relief. i repeat, i almost cried today from the difference, so try it and maybe you'll have a revelation too.
I think I have an answer. At least for myself. I am 18, a freshman in college and just began experimenting with marijuana.
During one gym session about 2.5 months ago I was bench pressing and must have flexed too hard and ripped a hole in my abdominal wall. This resulted in a double inguinal hernia. I didn't notice any pain at the time of injury but later that night I sat down and smoked some hybrid. Immediately I noticed a horrific pain in my right testicle. I panicked and began rapidly researching to ease my mind. I ruled out testicular torsion because there was no swelling and I just waited for the pain to subside after about 4 hours.
The next morning, I texted my father who has had many hernias and asked about the symptoms he had and compared them to my symptoms. When I was sober, the symptoms matched his past symptoms exactly. I had deduced that I had an inguinal hernia and later visited the hospital Instacare. The hernias were not strangulated and required no immediate action. So, for about 1.5 months, I had to stay away from weightlifting and other activities. I had smoked during those 1.5 months but only a small amount and noticed a dull but not horrible pain in my stomach, abdomen, and testicles.
I was okay but about 3 weeks ago, I made the horrible decision to smoke again. Too much. I took a couple hits off a 94% THC vaporizer and within 15 minutes I regretted my decision. The pain was quite literally blinding. I lost feeling in a portion of my scrotum, upper thigh, and lower abdomen. It felt like someone was grabbing my right testicle, pulling it down as hard as they could and twisting it. Then stabbing me right in the crease of my thigh and abdomen. It was terrible and I could barely move. I was shaking and the paranoia set in. Besides the pain I had head rushes and black going over my eyes. Severe paranoia symptoms set in as I laid there. I thought I was going to die (which I did not and would not die) and was too high to get myself to the hospital. I knew it was my hernia which was hurting me, but I was worried the pain might be because it was strangulated. (Thankfully it was not and everything inside me is intact). I laid in my bed for roughly 4 hours with an icepack in my pants just waiting for the pain to go away. For 4 hours I lay in bed shaking and wishing the pain would subside. Eventually it did and I fell asleep at about 3 am.
The following morning, I was sitting in my morning lecture when a similar but less severe pain began to develop. I couldn't focus on my work, so I left mid-lecture and called my father and explained the situation (leaving out the part about smoking weed) and he advised me to visit Instacare once again. From the following night, my abdomen was super sore from the inflammation and felt like I had just done 2,000 sit-ups. Once I was in the Instacare, my vitals were taken, and I was okay except for the pain. I had taken nothing for pain and at this point was given nothing. The doctor at Instacare did not notice that it was strangulated but advised that I visit the emergency room just in case it was. I drove myself to the ER and did a CT scan. The CT scan did not show any bulging or strangulation of my hernia. I was given a high dose of Toradol to ease the pain and sent home. Later that day I made an appointment with the general surgeon to fix the hernias.
After visiting with the general surgeon, I have a laparoscopic surgery scheduled for a month from now. I cannot tell you how excited I am to get this surgery so I can get back to exercising and doing the things I love. I have not smoked weed since my most recent ER visit, but I would like to in the future. After recovery from surgery, I will experiment with a low THC strain and see how it affects my body and update those in this thread. This was a lengthy response, but I tried to write something that might ease the mind of someone experiencing this pain.
*If you are currently in pain* please realize that you will live. I am in no way a certified doctor, nor have I had any training but after hours of research and multiple doctor visits, this is what I have concluded. If you are not experiencing swelling in your testicle, you are most likely okay but visiting the ER is up to your discretion. Observe if you have had hernia symptoms before you began the high and after. For me, the THC and panic increased the pain level of my hernia and made it worse. But if your hernia is not strangulated (look up the symptoms of hernia strangulation), it is not life-threatening but can only be solved by surgery. The pain in your testicle is caused by swelling in your inguinal canal that contains the tubes that connect to your testicles. This swelling pinches the tubes and causes the pain in your testicles. The numbness of the upper thigh and lower abdomen is a result of pinched nerves and will eventually subside. After you come down from your high, your abdomen will be sore from the amount of trauma you just experienced. The pain won’t completely subside until you are fully sober but you can help ease the pain while still high. Take a hot shower, drink some water, take an adequate dose of an anti-inflammatory (Advil, ibuprofen, or Tylenol) and possibly try to move around. Moving around helped me ease some of the pain while I was still high. Visit a doctor soon though! Maybe you don’t have a hernia and something else going on! If you want to smoke weed again, I have learned from research that maybe you should try a strain that is High-CBD and Low-THC. I advise you do some research about how CBD and THC react with your receptors so you can decide which type of marijuana is best for you. Please be careful! This isn’t talked about enough but it is one of the scariest things I have ever experienced!!!
Hi everyone, going to write a lengthy post because THIS deserves more attention and awareness. Specially as it seems to be something that is rare and no real answer has been given yet...
I've arrived here because I have just recently gone through this exact same thing. And reading these comments have given me some peace of mind and hope.
I was a regular smoker for just over 2 years now since writing this post, started in 2020. Would smoke quite a bit too in all forms, bongs, vapes, joints and edibles. Not had any problems at all until Friday 1st April 2022.
I took a few bong rips before going to sleep like I normally would but 10-20 minutes after, I started to get a pulling sensation on my left testicle, it started to get much worse and felt like what I thought was testicular torsion. So went to A&E (in the UK), waited for 5 hours and at that point the pain started to go away. However, the doctors that had seen me, concluded that it could be an infection as my testicle and epididymis were swollen. I was pretty dosed up on painkiller, they gave me an injection and a course of antibiotics for 2 weeks. They couldn't rule out a torsion so referred to a urologist the next morning.
Visiting the urologist after, they again did blood and urine tests and said it could be a torsion so we had to act quickly to save the testicle. So with that fear, I agreed to have an 'exploration' done on my left testicle which meant me going under and them having it checked. After I woke up and the exploration was done, with a very painful scar, they said the testicle looked inflamed and it could be an infection so to continue to take the antibiotics and gave me more painkillers.
For the next week the pain and uncomforted was very bad, only now I know that it wasn't because of the infection but because of the operation as they had to open the scrotum and check the testicle which in it self can take 4 weeks to fully recover. I continued to take the antibiotics and hope that this would all go away once I finished the course. 1 week after the exploration I smoked one bong rip to relax thinking nothing of it, within 10 minutes I was int he same pain but on the right one, went to hospital again and had blood and urine tests done again and an ultra sound. Again they couldn't be sure what this was and ruled it down to a torsion or infection but now on the right testicle. They asked if I wanted to have an exploration done, of which I said lets not and lets wait to see if it gets worse as now it just didn't look like a torsion and very unlikely it was an infection.
For the following week I didn't smoke to see if there was any connections, no issues apart from the discomfort of the initial exploration which was horrible. 2 weeks since that exploration, the pain was mostly gone now and I felt good and had finished my antibiotics course... I wanted to celebrate with a bong rip... 10 mins after the pain came back on the right one again exactly like before. At this point I knew it was related to consuming canna. I googled a lot but didn't go to hospital. Took a lot of painkiller and after 4 hours the pain eased and I was okay the next day apart from what I can only describe as the aftermath of a really bad cramp in that area.
It took me going through that pain 3 times, spending over 20 hours combined in hospitals, having my scrotum opened up, going through antibiotics and lots of painkillers as well as the emotional discomfort from all this to find out what this was... Now I have decided to never smoke or consume THC again as the pain is not worth it. I really enjoyed consuming as this had become a big part of my life socially and personally. I still believe it has a lot of benefits for those who can. I can only hope a solution or answer can be given to this medically :(
My aim is to bring awareness to this, believe that more research should be done with cannabis but as this is illegal in many countries still, it wont be easy. Until then I plan to continue connecting those who are affected by this as I know the pain of not being able to consume something that is relative harmless and having to give it up with no real explanation or solution. Please note that this is not saying that you should not check with doctors to be safe as it could be something else but just use this as a piece of information if they give you no answer (I can imagine is not easy saying you consume and things like infections and cancer should not be ruled out before checking with a professional).
There are others that have/are going through this (read the other posts on here) and think we should tell our stories in more places or at least make it more known that this is a thing. We know the pain of all this!
I will be checking this forum every so often but looking to get a place like this to share stories. in a way that we can share with our friends/family that consume too so that if any go through this, and they have been cleared of anything more serious by doctors, then to give them some peace of mind that they are not alone.
Hope this helps others and we can bring some light as it can impact emotionally when going through this and reading these have helped.
Hey guys It’s 2021 now and I’m going through this and it’s hell, my dumb ass decided to have sex without a condom and the girl gave me chlymida, the testicle pain didn’t start until after the first month which was back in April, now being June ive been to urgent care about 3 times and the ER once and I just got back from the doctor to only hear each and every single time that it was nothing, no infection and no disease, I even got an ultrasound and nothing. I took all my anti biotics and yet I constantly still have pain and hellish tingling in my urethra, the doctor legit told me he can’t tell me anything about why I’m still having so much pain, today I smoked a bowl and my right testicle became so ******* sensitive I was aching all over and I felt nerve shock go down my legs. My friend went through this and had it clear it 2 months tops but I’m still suffering and yet being told I’m perfectly fine. I scheduled an appt with my actual doctor and hopefully gonna get a smarter second opinion
Hi
This may be something I can not explain at this point however cannabinoids do affect the autonomic nervous system which regulates blood flow and contraction and dilation of blood vessels. Decrease blood flow to the area may be secondary to a vascular problem. However, this has been ruled out in your case, when they have done the scrotal ultrasound and found nothing which could have been due to a vascular problem.
At this point, an infection may be the likely differential . Do refrain from smoking and see if the condition improves.
Hi
The scrotal pain may be separate from that of the smoking activity. Cannabinoids or marijuana may have analgesic and hypothermic effects which may decrease pain sensation and may even cause some temperature dysregulation in the body. Complete your antibiotics as epididymitis may persist longer than expected. I suggest you quit smoking. This is important as cannabinoids affect behavior and neurologic processes.
.
Did you ever figure anything out? I’m going through this now….
I've been smoking marijuana for 3 years, not continually but last 3-4 months it became regular, and jerking off once after the high. Daily. One day I felt I wasn't getting relief after urinating. And then frequently urinating began don't know if weed caused it. But I've stopped, been a month, the issue somewhat went away for 4 days but came back. Not as bad as when it started but present nevertheless. Sometimes the urge is there 24x7 although very light and tingly. I'd also appreciate help if anyone could.
Stay away from or reduce by 3/4 purple smelling and tasting weed if you are having testicle pain. It is more medicinal in a traditional sense (ie. What goes up must go down and you will get rebound testicle pain.) Plain high thc weed should treat your problem in a manner more similar to warm weather treating a sore back( sorry you can’t drive on it though). Also if you vape then use alcohol to make gummies, throwing out the avb in the process, that is the least habit forming, lowest negative impact way to medicate. The weed tuft, not the thc is your problem and the tuft of purple strains is more medicated( it’s almost like it has a wee bit of lyrica in it (which caused me months of rebound testicle pain. Lyrica was like if I don’t keep dosing my nuts feel like they are in a vice being squeezed. To quit lyrica, I was at 2 oz a month, then cut to 1 oz a month vaped and eaten no problem with weed withdrawal; I still don’t drive though. I just make sure I don’t buy a double purple strain, and especially not two bags in a row of a half purple strain or a high cbd strain. I’ll still get a 1/4 purple strain if it’s verry high thc, then mix it down with run of the mill high thc strain like gsc.
I am going through this as well with case of c diff. The doctor who prescribed me Cipro for epididimitis, which ended up being "varicocele" and then after taking about 4 days worth of cipro I felt incredibly worse so I stopped taking it, which the next doctor I saw told me that I did the right thing by stopping the antibiotic as I had gone in for hernia reasons. I'm 27 years old and I have been to the ER a total of two times in my life until now I have been to the ER twice in a week.
I have high bilirubin (3 to 1 on what it should be.)
A colonization of C diff, and varicocele.
The smoking of weed made my pain excruciating for my balls but helped relieve some intestinal cramping.
I have smoked cannabis since I was 20 for 7 years, probably every day about 4 to 5 joints a day with the occasional bong rips, of course. This is mostly attached to appetite, anxiety and digestive troubles that I have had since a baby. And I play a lot of music so the meditation side of this herbal medication has gone hand in hand with many areas of my life in a positive manner.
I'm at a total loss, considering cannabis and activation of cannabinoids in me have only helped in all other recoveries from sicknesses.
Sad truth is I thought I'd smoke til I die, but now I can't find a good reason to partoke anymore. I love the smell and don't mind sitting amongst people who are smoking, but no longer can I enjoy the sweet buds of good ol ganj anymore due to uncertainty displayed by the common folk and the cluelessness in the medical field of America to cannabis. All the while, it still feels like my balls are waving at me like an ocean tide.
I hope for you all the best and believe Christ to be only real answer to anything here, which is almost always confusing or not how we would do it, pointing to belonging there, where we all have a longing to be among true peace.
Be not afraid and rejoice in the triumph that exists not in our balls but in the magnificent picture of love displayed for us all.
"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13
Did anyone ever find out the cause of this? I had this happen to me a week ago, I had just vaped a 1:1 CBD cartridge for sleep and about 10 minutes or so after I smoked I got an intense pain in my right testicle. When I got up to turn the light on I got extremely nauseous and threw up, then I passed out. I have never passed out in my life! I went to the ER and they didn't see any torsion and sent me home with nothing. The next day I went to the urologist for an ultrasound - they said they saw multiple small cysts and a hydrocele (a fluid pocket in the scrotum) but all of those should be painless - they guessed it may be epididymitis (an infection/swelling of the epididymus) and veriocele (hardening of the veins inside the scrotum). They said they saw a little blood in the urine but their test was very basic. Sent me home with Ibuprofin.
About 3 days later I was sitting on the couch and vaped some indica with a friend, after about 10 minutes again I got this severe pain like something was biting my testicle inside the scrotum - or like someone was pulling down as hard as they could and I was screaming in pain. I immediately went to the ER where they fast tracked me (well, fast for hospital standards - took about 5 hours for them to do everything) into blood work, urine analysis, stool analysis. They did an ultrasound, did a CT of my abdomen. They found a small 1mm kidney stone but said otherwise blood flow was good and they saw no torsion, no epididymitis, no veriocele, no infection, no signs of blood in urine. WTF - two contradicting results.
The very next day I went to a second urologist for an opinion and he didn't even do an ultrasound, gave me Cipro and sent me home saying come back in THREE WEEKS. Also mentioned maybe it's prostatitis.
I have an appointment for yet a different urologist tomorrow where I am going to demand an MRI of my lower abdomen/testicles. I am SO tired of these doctors just dismissing me or guessing at what it might be. When I asked about a parasite they were so condescending and said it's impossible in the United States - I refuse to believe that since the CDC says there are hundreds of thousands of parasitic infections in the US every year and there are worms that live in the scrotum - it's a thing. They will not test me for it which is pissing me off. What's the harm?? Just do the damn test and put my mind at ease. Who's to say I am not one of those rare cases. I HAVE been out the country.
The pain is present all the time but in a dull aching form. If I smoke weed it becomes excruciating. When not consuming marijuana I sometimes get sharp pains just randomly, even when sitting still. I don't understand how this could come on all of a sudden - if it's weed related, why now after I have smoked daily for over three years with no issues even closed to this? Why would one urologist say I had a hardened vein and the hospital say I don't? Why would three doctors not give antibiotics and one did? It sounds like they are all grasping at straws. I am desperate for a solution here.
On a side note, don't let idiots on weed forums tell you that you're just being paranoid or that you must have hit your balls on your vape or that you jerk off too much - they are small minded idiots. This is a real thing and many guys are left in the dark wondering where their pain is coming from.
What kind of ayurvedic practices did you do to overcome the pain? Turmeric treatment? Or what?
Hi all,
This is my story i used to masturbate quite regularly ie abt once a day and smoke cigarettes , i even got testicular pain and it even got worst when i smoke and drink. I went to a urologist as usual and everthing seems to be alright after scrotal scan.
So I took medicines in ayurveda, quit smoking and drinking and able to recover now my pain is almost 80 % gone.
I am still using my medicines and hope will recover soon, but yes it takes time in ayurveda for recovering, one need to be patient.
For every urological disease, i suppose there is treatment with prefect blend of yoga and ayurveda.
I hope this helps everyone, please quit smoking and drinking then start thinking of defeating your pain
I once consulted a ayurvedic doctor continued his treatment and aftert hat i am using my own treatment by surfng online. I suggest you all to go to a ayurvedic consultant for best results
Im only 19 years old. did you ever overcome this? or find a solution?
I have been experiencing the exact same problem for about a week now. it all started when I become aroused by my cousin dressed half naked in my living room. I went to my bedroom and began to "ya know" about half way though I realized that I could never **** my cousin so I stopped. my penis became soft again and as soon as I turned on my side I felt a pain in my left testicle. the pain is still there right now. it never went away. I have smoked marijuana everyday, 3 or 4 times a day for 5+ years and never had any problems other than sinus infection about 3 times a year. the pain gets worse when I smoke marijuana. it may get real bad for 5 minutes before subsiding but never going away. I can no longer enjoy marijuana. when I masturbate the pain seems to stop. but returns upon sitting down or standing still. it is very difficult to sleep. the pain seems to go away when I walk around or take a step. mainly noticeable when sitting or preparing to sleep. the pain never stops but marijuana makes it much worse. I went to my doctor and was diagnosed with epidimitits or inflammation of my left sperm tube. he gave me ciproflaxen and naproxen which I will be starting both here in about an hour. I am determined that if the pain never go's away I WILL be having my left testicle removed! I signed up for this website as soon as reading about your condition. have any of you ever overcome it or found a cure?
I have had the exact same thing as all of you, it has been life changing for me, i have had operations to fix the problem but nothing has worked !
When i smoked after the op i would have the pain bad and feel really weird in my head also, i'm sure it effected my testicles and my brain some how, i also have been smoking for about 4 years!
I don't understand this, the doctors wont listen to me and i think its time that some people looked into this as it is truly life changing.
I would be willing to take part in some tests if it needs to be done.

I have the same problem, went to the Emergency room after one night of smoking. I told the doctor that I Rarely Smoke Marijuana. He didn't even say one word to me about it. was told I had a urinary tract infection. I told the doctor that I Rarely Smoke Marijuana. He didn't even say one word to me about it. Proscribed me antibiotics but after taking the antibiotics, the next day i smoked, and BAM, 5 minutes later, I could feel it right back there(Right testicle), although it wasn't as painful as the OP originally said(could walk). after reading the OP smoked 6 weeks later and still experienced these pains. I personally can say I will never smoke again.
never had problems before now. been a regular smoker for 5+ years.
I am experiencing the exact same thing as we speak. I've been having health issues and have been scared out of my head for over a week now. But tonight I figured out what the problem is. It may pain you to hear this, but it's the marijuana.
I have been to Urgent Care and the ER three times in less than a week, and today I was told that the pain in my testicles was more than likely epididymitis. He wrote me a prescription for some things that would help clear it up, and I went home happy knowing I didn't have testicular cancer.
I was so happy in fact, that I decided to celebrate with some herbal medication. About 20 minutes after I did that, I got the pain back and plenty of other symptoms. Abdominal pain, upset stomach, and of course the pain in my testicles. So I felt, and I could feel the epididimis of both testes was swollen up. So for whatever reason, these two things do now mix. I am starting the medication immediately, while at the same time dropping my favorite recreational medication until this problem gets cleared up. Hope this helps, I know this google search helped ease my mind!
It's toxins from smoking moldy Cannabis. If you smoke allot on a regular basis you can build up an allergy to mold witch can mess your junk up. Toxic mold spores are bad news man. I have my medical cannabis scrip and I smoke allot of Cannabis for my UC. I smoke about 4 grams a day and barley feel anything I have been smoking for the last 20 years and now I do not even get high anymore. I can smoke a 1gr blunt by my self and feel like I took a half a toke. At first I thought tolerance. Nope MOLD after being exposed for long periods you can get really sick and build up an allergy to MOLD. Now if I come in contact with mold, any mold even a fungis I get all messed up. In this case it causes multiple infection symptoms but it is really swollen lymph nodes, glands, kidneys, Prostate and so on. It also messes with the brain allot of people think Cannabis causes short term memory loss and cognitive problems but is actually mold spores. Do not smoke moldy Cannabis. Watch out for cheap dispensaries that sell Cannabis that has not been dried and cured properly. You can get really sick with permanent neurological damage.
If its not moldy Cannabis or to much mold exposure stop jerkin off and smoking Cannabis for a while doing both or one of the other to much can cause a serious chemical imbalance that will make your epididymis hurt and make you sorry!!!!!! Good luck man
yeah my left one hurt too. i went to the doc and he said it was a varicose vain. just recently, when i smoke my right testicle hurts. no one has naturally died from marijuana. there are 400 chemicals in weed only active one is THC. but logically, if it hurts only when u smoke, stop smoking. ( I should listen to my own advice.)
same thing with me also my penis shrivles up this all started after oral sex doctors dnt even care
This exact same thing is happening to me right now; weed messes with your balls like how it makes your eyes swell. Pardon the vernacular.
but for some reason it was only more severe when i had smoked...
