Hey, im 17 and am worried about 6 mounths ago I realised that I had phimosis. Initially I was unable to retract my foreskin at all, but after a bit of effort it came free. I was rather lazy and could never be bothered commitied with the stretching process, but now that I have started again I have a few concers. In paticular the main vien on the base of my penis has swelled up, with a large buldge about 1 inch up the shaft. I think that I have always sort of had this buldge in the vein but it has never been this prominent, and when I retract my foreskin (which is still very tight) it exposes some viens on my inner foreskin that are very swollen and become hard whilst retracting the foreskin (possibly due to the pressure of the tight foreskins on them?) it also appears that other veins on my penis are more prominent. Why is this, and what should I do?
