Tingling sensation at the tip of the penis and inside the end of the shaft and head.

About a week and a half a go I had unprotected oral sex. After words I had no symptoms.
Then About 4 days ago or so I had unprotected vaginal intercourse. The next day I noticed I had this strange
tingling or tickling sensation at the very end of my penis (at the tip). Also the inside of the penis towards the end of the shaft feels irritated.
There is no redness visible, and no discharge, though the next day I did notice some yellowish stains on the inside of my boxers, that I assume was semen since I wore boxers after sex (since then I have seen no signs of any possible discharge). I seem to urinate frequently, but I can't be sure it is much more than before.

When I am not thinking about it, it goes on basically unnoticed. Its not painful at all. Any idea what this is? Any recommendations?

Sorry i didn't say it all at once because i keep forgetting what i want to say. Do you ever feel like peeing when you feel the tingling sensation? i assumed you don't but we have similar feelings and i think you don't recognized it as like me and the others

I have also been facing the same symptoms for 3 months now. i get the tickling feeling the the end and the shaft of my penis. The tickling sensation causes an urge to pee even if the bladder is completely empty. The situation causes discomfort and irritation to the extent that i am not able to concentrate on anything. Sometimes it is mild and I feel like there is nothing there but at other times its very very discomforting. I don't have any pain anywhere.

Hi, about 12weeks ago i had unprotected oral sex.. 2weeks after i started to have pain in my penis and noticed a yellow discharge. A couple of days after i went to a GUM clinic but i was scared to get a swab taken but only got a urine sample taken and i was asked to wait a week for the the results so they can treat me.
As the pain was excruciating; when i got back home, i ordered a single dose of Azytromycin + 2 suprax from a website as i thought it was Gonnoreha. I recieved the tablets the next day and administered the dose to myself and the pain calmed down but symptoms persisted.
A week after the clinic called me to communicate the results and it came back negative for chalmydia and gonnorhea, i asked the gentleman on the onther end of the line that  i did take some tablets and that the symptoms was persisting, The latter advised me to go and see my GP.. Without wasting time i get in touch wid my GP and made an appointment to see him and went there the next morning; After explaining the problem to him, the GP put me on  Doxycycline course twice daily for a week..
Just a week after i felt an unbearable itch in my urethrea and the tip of my penis was still painful.. when i went to the toilet i massaged gently the urethrea and the yellow discharge was still here.. I got really worried and decided to go back to the GUM clinic and was finally determined to know about what was going on with ''****'' and this time i got the urethreal swab taken, urine sample and blood sample taken for further analysis. 20mins after the GUM Clinic Doctor called me in and told me that they cant determine the cause and that its an NSU. I was given a single dose of Azytromycin as asked to come back to the clinic after 10 days for a follow up and get the test results. I went back again as the symptom kept on persisting and explained the problem to the Doctor but once again my results came back Negative for every possible tests performed and this time i was given Canesten cream and he said to me that it was an inflamation, that i should leave my penis alone and the problem will clear by itself .. Until now my penis tip feels itchy but no pain passing out urine and i feel like a tingling pulsating sensation inside; Am really concerned about it.. What can this be Please ?

Tingling sensation of the tip of penis can be due to anxiety,contact dermatitis,traumatic damage to the nerves of penis,diabetes,prostatitis,genital herpes,urethritis and STD’s like Gonorrhea and Syphilis.

I would suggest you to keep the area clean and wear cotton underwears.Also apply a mild steroid cream like Dermacort on the penis.If the symptoms persist then the above said conditions have to be ruled out.Pls consult a urologist in that case.

I have the same symptoms, With no redness.. But like a tingling/irritation at end of penis.
I did to have unprotected sex, But my doctor did look and he told me that it was most likely dermititis or chaffing. But to be safe you should go to your pysician and get tested.
I was perscribed some cream, and has since started to go away.
