Tiny pimples/bumps on foreskin and shaft, how to get rid of it?
During childhood I practiced poor genital hygiene (not pulling back the foreskin while peeing, not drying the penis). When i was finally able to peel back my foreskin I noticed many tiny pimples/bumps on it. What is this called and how can i get rid of it?
The pimples on my shaft on the other hand I found out were called fordyce spots. Would like some advice how to get rid of it too.
