Traumatic pain in the left testicle

Hello.
Before 4 months ago I developed pain in my left testicle from hit.It wasnt so hard but my testicle got swollen in the area for a day or so then everything was normal until the next week.I went to urologist he said I had epididimo-orhitis and prescribed me Profenid and Zinat.I took those for 2 weeks. The pain started to get lower and lower, but after sometime it came back and till now its like coming and leaving.Recently I went on another urologist and he said that near my epididymis theres something like lump(full with liquid) but he said its very small and he thinks that via antibiotic courses and some inflamation medications it will go away.I'm very consurned so I made some test.No signs of any infection from blood, urine samples.done microbiology it was clean.Everything pretty ok.When the pain starts to grow my epididymis gets little harder and. When i rest or wear supporting underwear and use ice in week or so the pain get lower and lower, but when I touch that lump or try to check it then the whole process starts all over.As the doctor said im goin for the course of anti-inflamatory drugs and antibiotics and he said if theres still pain he will remove that lump.I'm very worry about it and I would like for some opionions.

This is chronic epididymitis, your doctor is treating you and you will get better. You really need not be too worried. Give it more time.

Thanks!I'm just considered, because the only thing that stops the pain is ice,but this frequent usage of ice..isn't it harmful?I put ice pack for for 4th moth by now.
