Undiagnosed Urology Problem

21 year old athletic male. I started having frequent urination throughout the day back in January of 2013. It just happened out of the blue. Never had any medical problems or injury's. Thought it was a UTI because I am sexually active. Went to the urgent care and got prescribed a generic antibiotic for UTI's. That didn't help. Went to a DR. Marinelli in Fullerton, CA. No help at all. I was put on "old men medications": Tovias, vesicare (5 and 10 mg), flowmax, ditropan, oxybutin, etc. Nothing helped. I had urodynamics and all the other test done like looking inside my bladder. Nothing. I also found out that I had very large varicoceles with that doctor and wanted to get them removed. I flew up to Stanford to try to get the best care possible. I saw the wonderful stanford urology DR. Michael eisenberg. He saw me for 20 minutes for an appointment and during that appointment he made room for me for the following week to get my vericoceles removed! He did a wonderful job! I knew that wasn't going to fix the problem but at least I found and fixed something else! So I went to another Urologist that was closer to me. DR. Scott Yun in Whittier CA. He first sent me to get CT scans done. CT's showing nothing except for a mild enlarged prostate. He put me on Xanax to make sure it wasn't from stress or my mood. Didn't work. He put me on a new medication called Myrbetrig. Didn't work. Ohh, I forgot to mention, ive had probably 30 urine tests done and they all come back negative for any problems. I got sent to a specialist from him. DR. Gary E. leach In tower urology in Los Angeles. He did lots of studys on me that had already been done. Same results, everything came back fine. Told me I needed bladder injections. Decided that that wasn't the place to go. So since then I've gone to to MRI's done on the head, neck and back. All came back fine. Went to see a allergist. All came back negative, no allergies. Since all this I tried changing my fluid intake ( i only drink water). Ive changed my diet. Nothing helps. I went to go see "the best urologist". Dr. Raz At UCLA Medical. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. He spent two minutes with me, saw another doctor. Took 4 months to get an appointment. Didn't listen to me at all. Didn't look at my other papers I had brought. Told me to get bladder injections and then said that they probably wouldn't help...ok? So now im stuck and have been unemployed since JANUARY. Any thought???

Hi, from all that you mentioned the one thing that could cause frequent urge to urinate is an enlarged prostate. The urethra tube goes right through the middle of the prostate and when it is  enlarged it puts pressure on the tube cutting off the amount of urine being wasted. Its more of an emptying of the bladder that causes the urge feeling. You can have a urine stream test that will see of your peeing ok.
