Varicocelectomy Venous Drainage?
I am going to be having bilateral varicocele embolisation.
I am 20 years old, fit and healthy. Large varicocele on L side and smaller on R side.
I was wondering if there are alternative venous drainage pathways for the testes rather than via the pampiniform plexus?
I am nervous of having both of my varicoceled embolised, then having problems with the testes becoming atrophied or worse due to drainage problems.
