What are potential causes of constant burning inside the glans?

Hi there, what could cause a slight burning at the tip of penis and especially after ejaculation? This is paired with a constant slight lower right abdominal pain and headaches.

Is Chronic prostaitis a likely cause? My doctor wants to treat me for it but I do not want to take all those antibiotics if this is not the likeliest diagnosis.

Thank you
