What could cause random pee issues?

A year ago I receieved unprotected oral sex from a stranger, I tested negative for gonheriea, claymidiea, syphilis, hiv, hep b and c, herpes. Well since then I’ve had strange symptoms. Sometimes I’ll get a random pain in my penis, that is gone almost instantly. I’ve noticed that I appear to be peeing more frequently than usual (only sometimes). Sometimes when I start to pee there is an uncomfortable sting, but not during the entire urination only the beginning. And lastly sometimes when I pee I can see small particles(?)  What do you think of my symptoms? Do they point towards  a uti, or an undiagnosed std? Please answer, it’s causing me unrest and severe anxiety. All of these symptoms are not present all the time.
