Why does my right testicle ache?
I’m trying to understand why my right testicle aches and my health anxiety makes it way worse. They look normal and I don’t think there’s any swelling. It just aches.
There are lots of reasons for this to happen, and the only way to know is to see your doctor.
It might be epididymitis, a hydrocele (unlikely with no swelling), hernia, spermatocele, kidney stones, etc., etc.
You need to see a doctor to find out why. I know health anxiety makes things really scary, but you really should find out.

Thank you! It’s never that bad during the day time but at night it’s pretty uncomfortable.
