Why have I been having weak Orgasms and low sperm count

The past couple of months my Orgasms have not been as strong and when I masterbate my sperm has the same amount as it used to but it just kind of oozes out I used to be able to hit the toilet seat... Im very worried because im 18 years old and there hasnt been any changes in my life. I work out like crazy almost everyday but ive always done that so that isnt it also i had a testicle torsion a couple years back and a vericoceles both on my left testicle but he's still kicking around I dont know if that could be contributing with my problem.. Any ideas of why this might be happening im really worried!? Also would that PC exercise help ive been looking into that as one of the problems maybe i have a weak PC muscle?

Thank you so much for the reply! I do not have erectile disfuntion that part is fine. It just feels like my penis is not as sensitive anymore like when I orgasm it doesn't feel amazing anymore, my sperm just flows out weakly and its over.. Its getting worse to when I masterbate I kind of phsych myself out like I think its not gunna be that nice or its not gunna be pleasurable and I think that might be whats happening but I dont know what started it... its really weird

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Common causes causing erection problem are stress and anxiety, poor communication with your partner, unrealistic sexual expectations, negative feelings about non performance, smoking, alcohol and sometimes illicit drugs and medical conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart or thyroid conditions, poor circulation, low testosterone, depression, spinal or neurological causes. In your case varicocele can be responsible for such symptoms.
Firstly, you should consult a physician to find out the cause of the erectile dysfunction and then only seek treatment. Viagra is a drug which can be used to take care of the erectile dysfunction but it should be taken only after consultation with a physician . It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
