burning after ejaculation or urinating

I have seen blood a little blood in my semen over the past few weeks. Not when you look right at it, but after masturbating and cleaning up in the kleenex I find it. I have a slight burning in the tip after I urinate or ejaculate.
Now my semen has lost it's color, usually a yellowish tint. Now watery and clear...but has had the yellowish color coming back and...I lost the pressure...at time when masterbating I would shot right over the kleenex, now it doesn't even shot of my penis...no pressure...what is going on with me??? STD? Prostate or testicular cancer? Jast wayto much fondling of my self...I mean..I beat off every chance I get..if not sex. And I mean I masterbate several times a day...part of me says just give it a rest and see what happens..but going a few days just isn't realistic. I can't.

Anyways, I have been looking on line and not sure what to believe....

Still at this time I have no pressure in my ejaculation, I went 2 days with no orgasm in hopes of getting some build up back ,but nothing. The color is yellow again, but not the same yellow as it was..a bit scared here. I still have the slight burning when I ejaculate or urinate and the guy telling me he had the same signs and it was cancer is a bit unsettling. But on these sites it is hard to find who is real and who is not. Just looking for a wider view from people,.

I'm 46, had the same exact symtpoms and turned out to be prostae cancer. I hope it's not in your case ... but would go to the Doctor asap.
