Hello,
It is normal to find pain and swelling of the scrotal sacs after surgery for removal of cysts is done. He can provide support to the scrotum by wearing an athletic supporter, apply ice to the scrotum, take warm baths if there are signs of inflammation, placing a rolled towel under the scrotum and taking over-the-counter pain relievers, like acetaminophen or ibuprofen after consulting his operating surgeon.

If pain does not subside after 2-3 days and increases in intensity or is associated with redness, warmth etc then an infection needs to be ruled out.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hi
Thanks for the query
Well your treating doctor would have advised you all the possible pain relieving measures and since your husband has undergone a surgery the pain is natural and will be aggravated on exertion so kindly have patience and co operate with the doctor’s instructions and your husband will be fine very soon.
Take care.
Wish you Good Health
