erections & use of penis pump

I use a penis pump on a regular basis hoping it will increase blood flow to my penis. when i use it there must be some blood getting into the penis because the penis enlarges but does not get erect. Is there blood getting into the penis and is the use of the pump helping? I only use it for about 5 min at a time. I am totally discussed because I can not get a solid erection. I have used medications and they have help sometimes but not always. Could it be that I have a problem with blood flowing into the penis and is there anything that can be done. Help

After using a penis pump for a short period of time 10 min. I get a bubble on the lower shaft below the head, no pain, will eventually go away. what is the cause and should I be concerned?

As you have seen, a penis pump will enlarge a penis due to vacuum action, but it won't necessarily create a lasting erection once the pump is taken  away.  Using it may help some over time as you use it like an exerciser, every other day.  Morning erections are a good indication that your "plumbing" is okay.  Otherwise, there may be other issues involved and would depend upon what your urologist can determine.
