frequent urination with negative analysis

I am 28 years old, female. I noticed two months ago frequent urination and the very strong urge to use the bathroom almost every 20 minutes.Especialy while I was walking and a slight back pain. I did urine anaylisis which came out clear and a cultivation which came out clear as well (though the urine was quite thin, maybe due to the large amount of liquids I was consuming). I runned some gynecological tests and they came up clear (only a candinda bacterical). When I did the cure for the candida the syptoms subsised for a few days but the appeared again.Sometimes with a slight pain in the cystis, othertimes with an urgency to urinate (though it was not so urgent like it was the first days). Most of the times though I hade quite an ammount of urine (100-150 ml). I visited an urologist who runned some tests and found no problem on my kidneys or other anatomical problems. Some days it gets better, other days it gets very frustrating, especially around the days of my period or ovulation.I also suffer from some problem in the intestine (it gets easily irritated). The doctor suggested I ate more fruits and vegetables and try to avoid going to the bathroom that often in order to make some form of exercise to my bladder.
Since 8 years ago every time I get stressed I had suffered from frequent urination, but it went away when I was calming down. This time I noticed that it won;t go away and I am afraid it might be IC/ PBS. Maybe I should have my bladder checked on the inside, but I am trying to avoid it for a while. I gave urine sample again, since I thought maybe the first one did not show the real cause. One last thing is that I noticed all that after summer holiday and swimming in the sea. Could it be some bacteria that has not been found yet? (even though I do not feel a burning sensation when I urinate). What else should I check ? I am very disappointed and sad with all this situation.
Thank you for your time.

thank you so much:) very kind of you to reply!I will read the book.
I took another urine analysis that finally showed some crystals of  phosforic calcium  (or sth like that)which maybe the case. Those crystals when they gather they provoce irritation. We all have them, but in some of us they gather up and irritate the bladder. These days I feel somewhat better after drinking tons of water. For those that may read my post, before you rule out the crystals you should take several urine analysis, because not all the times they can be tracked down. Still I am not sure that this was the problem..I believe that is both that and the fact that now I have become obsessed with that fact and maybe it the stress factor as well or what you mentioned above.
Thank you again!

Read 'a headache in the Pelvis' by Doctors Wise and Anderson. It's not just for men, there is a section for women specifically in this book. The fact your symptons get worse when stressed makes me think this book could help. You may have Pelvic Pain Syndrome. It really is excellent and has helped me loads. I do the exercises and some of the trigger point release.
Hope this helps.
