MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The normal sperm count is over 15 million sperms, volumes between 1.0 mL and 6.5 mL are normal  and regarding the liquefaction time, it normally takes less than 20 minutes for the sample to change from a thick gel into a liquid. An abnormally long liquefaction (more than 30 minutes at 37 24°C) time may indicate an infection, however the criteria is different for NICE. It states that a liquefaction time within 60 minutes is regarded as within normal ranges.

Motility is the percentage of moving sperm in a sample and an evaluation of their rate and direction of travel. At least 50% should be motile one hour after ejaculation. But in morphology, the number of abnormal forms are more than the normal forms. So it may indicate an infection which needs to be evaluated by a urologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
