hydronephrosis?
I`ve been retaining enormous amounts of water and have bilateral kidney pain and pressure. Does anyone know what the symptoms of hydronephrosis are? I`ve been running to the doctors for months now and absolutely no testings have been done.
Please, please somebody answer. I don`t know where else to turn anymore.

When you said you were retaining ennormous amounts of water. Do you mean your legs ae swelling or what?

Symptoms of hydronephrosis are:
nausea, flank pain (could be on the affected side or bilateral if on both sides), possible urinary hesitancy, possibly no symptoms at all if obstruction gradually comes on.

Hi,
Hydronephrosis occurs due to any obstruction in the flow of urine. When it’s bilateral (on both sides), it commonly is due to an obstruction at the level of the urinary bladder. I’ll suggest getting an Ultrasound & CT scan of the kidneys, ureter and bladder to find out the underlying cause of the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
