Hi,

The kit is to make the kidney and other organs prominent and may not provide implicit data about the intestines and other abdominal organs.

The pelvic CAT scan may cover the testicular region in certain cases.
Best regards

The CAT scan order I recieved today after having blood work done...is a CAT scan for Abdominal and Pelvic...the order says "Renal Mass"  Will this CAT scan also show the cyst in the testicle as well as the lesion/mass in the kidney??  I have to drink a CAT ready kit..(barium)...will this make the colon and stomach show up too??  The test is next Tues...Thankyou for answering me...

Hi,

I am sorry to hear that you are undergoing such discomfort. However, I guess that the doctors are already aware of your condition and they would help you as much as possible.

These conditions may or may not be connected to each other, therefore, you may not unnecessarily worry yourself till conclusive reports are provided.

Hope this helped.
