You are right, i missed the part about you having a surgery.

Well, it sounds like maybe one of your nerves may have been affected by the surgery.

If you go to a Nuerologist, they can do a complete scan of your nerve system, to see what is causing your ejaculation problem.

It may be an expensive test (i dont know), but it will rule out possible nerve damage from your surgery.

If they say they cant find anything, you should go to a urologist and they can maybe check to see if your prostate is functioning normally.

(im not kelvin, by the way)  :)

are you taking any drugs like an anti-depressant? I know it can cause your condition.

Some people who have had Prostate Surgery also have your same problem.

So I think the treatment is different depending on what is causing the problem.

have you talked to a doctor yet?

Are you able to achieve orgasm?

Is it just that the sperm does not come out during orgasm?

I forgot the name of it, but there is a condition were your sperm will "Reverse-flow" into your bladder, or something like that.
